RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY for AIEA x HIFINEST COLLECTION

This website is a limited pre-order and made-to-order release and operates independently from our standard HIFINEST retail store policies.

All items purchased through this Aiea Pre-Order site are made to order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds.
No exchanges.
No store credit.
No cancellations.
No size swaps.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason. Production begins after the pre-order deadline.

This policy is separate from and does not follow the standard Hawaii’s Finest retail return and exchange policy. In-store exchange policies do not apply to this pre-order collection.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIMELINE

Pre-orders close March 1.
All orders will ship March 23–29.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production and shipping timeline.

ORDER CHANGES

Please review your size, shipping address, and items carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection or address errors submitted at checkout.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

We do not cover issues caused by normal wear, washing errors, or incorrect sizing.

LIMITED RELEASE NOTICE

This is a limited release made specifically for this pre-order campaign. Inventory is produced based on order quantity. Because items are not stocked inventory, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
